Following a growing demand for aluminium home improvement products, Direct Trade Windows has added the COR Vision sliding door from Cortizo to its growing range.
“This premium product from Cortizo is a welcome addition to our aluminium range, helping trade installers to tap into a lucrative and growing market for high-end home improvements,” comments Director AJ Hassanali.
With a U-value of 1.3, the COR Vision sliding door has an interlock profile of 20mm and a maximum surface glazing area, with the possibility of an embed at the bottom, top, and lateral frames within the wall.
There is also the possibility of a pocket system, further expanding the opportunity for installers to offer premium options to their customers.
The door has a possibility of sash encounters at a 90 degree corner without a mullion, a maximum glazing thickness of 30mm, and opening possibilities of up to six sashes and up to three rails.
It can also withstand a maximum sash weight of 320kg, allowing for large panes of glass to be installed, thereby letting in as much natural light as possible into a property.
AJ continues: “Aluminium has grown significantly in popularity over the years, and especially in the time following the pandemic – and with its strength, durability, and slimline aesthetics, it’s easy to see why.
“Cortizo’s COR Vision delivers on all the important aspects you’ve come to expect from an aluminium sliding door, such as stunning looks and state-of-the-art design features, something which we’re very proud to offer.
“It’s been a very worthwhile addition to our product portfolio, and with the COR Vision sliding door coupled with our range of other high-quality aluminium products and our dedicated customer service, trade suppliers can rely on Direct Trade Windows to help them get – and stay – ahead of the competition.”
