Direct Trade Windows has made a significant £15K investment in a new aluminium copy router machine from FOM Industrie.
The cutting-edge equipment has been installed at the company’s manufacturing facility just outside London, and is engineered to meet the specific demands of aluminium fabrication, providing exceptional precision and efficiency in order to streamline processes.
The addition follows a £50K investment earlier this year in an additional crimping machine and a double saw machine, adding to Direct Trade Windows’ existing CNC machining centre, cutting and crimping machinery, and a 180-degree angle cutting machine.
Director AJ Hassanali comments: “Investing in a new copy router machine from FOM Industrie demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence – the strategic integration of this cutting-edge technology into our operations is aimed at enhancing our fabrication processes, optimising production efficiency, and reinforcing our reputation as a trusted and innovative aluminium trade supplier.
“The new machine is set to make a significant impact on our ability to meet our customers’ diverse requirements with unparalleled precision and quality, and is an investment backed by our extensive product range, streamlined manufacturing processes that minimise lead times, dedicated customer support and more than two decades of industry expertise.”
