Our project minimum is £4,000 +VAT. This covers the operating envelope for manufacturing, polyester powder-coating, transport, and installation for projects in London and the Home Counties.
Cortizo, Smart Systems, and Aluprof. We’re system-agnostic across these three — the specification we recommend depends on the architecture, U-value targets, opening geometry, and budget. We don’t fabricate Schüco or Reynaers.
From signed order to install, expect 8–12 weeks for standard configurations. Arched, curved, and oversized panes can push to 14–16 weeks because of the bending and tempering schedules. We confirm the firm lead time at order acceptance.
London, plus authorised serving locations across the Home Counties — Kensington, Slough, Watford, Beaconsfield, Guildford, Oxford, Ascot, Reading, Brentwood, Cobham, and Richmond. Projects outside this radius are case-by-case.
We work alongside the architect or client’s planning consultant — we don’t lead the application ourselves, but we provide the technical drawings, U-value evidence, and historical-detail matching that conservation officers expect for listed and Article 4 properties.
Whole-window U-values from 1.4 W/m²K on standard double-glazed configurations down to 0.9 W/m²K on triple-glazed Cortizo Cor 80 or Aluprof MB-104. Passivhaus-suitable specifications available on request.
