Thermally Efficient

One of the key benefits to choosing an aluminium shop front is that it offers great insulation and thermal efficiency. All of the doors that we fabricate have been tested to BRFC standards, ensuring that they meet and exceed government standards. Which is why we fabricate them with thermally broken low thresholds, and polyamide thermal breaks.

But more importantly our doors have been tested for air tightness (Class 2, 300Pa), water tightness (Class 7a, 150Pa), and wind resistance (Class A5, 2000Pa). When looking for aluminium shop fronts, you’ll want to make sure that your door is meeting both building codes, and works well for customers.

We think these doors are perfect, in part because aluminium is such a lightweight material. Aluminium frames offer incredible strength, which allows us to provide large glass panels and triple glazing. However, our doors weigh only 80-100kg.
